Reiki means Sacred Life Energy. Our session will be guided by the sacred energy of your body and your spirit as you receive what you need from the Spirit of Life. My sessions are offered as a space of peace where you can rest, recover, replenish, and find your flow as you receive the gentle loving energy that is Reiki. I offer a compassionate space for nourishment during what is often a spiralling path on the journey of healing. It’s an absolute privilege to create a sacred space for you to explore your inner self.
I’ve been a Reiki Practitioner for over twenty years and a Sound Therapist for the past six. My work with hundreds of clients has gifted me with a sensitive understanding of the correlation between the energy body and its reflection through life circumstances. I love to help clients translate these codes to support them as they connect the dots, illuminating and healing the root cause of any presenting imbalances. The healing we do in this space will ripple across levels seen and unseen - travelling through timelines, memories, and narratives to reveal what is true, so we can gently and gratefully release what no longer serves us. The nature of vibrational medicine is that it gives us exactly what we need - it meets us where we are. So if we need physical or emotional healing, that’s what we’ll receive. If we need guidance, we’ll get it directly from our inner teacher - the ancient part of us that already knows.
I have several treatment rooms for you to visit - in Lewes or in our magical shepherd’s hut just outside of Lewes, in Brighton or London (Victoria/Belgravia) - or you can work with me remotely from the cosiness of your own home. Reiki is sacred energy, accessed through a meditative practice while lightly laying the hands on the body. It’s the mysterious, intelligent, harmonising energy of all life - a beautifully creative magic. A treatment restores our energy so it can flow freely, allowing us to let go and align with our True Self once again. In this space, we can hear our soul’s whispers and reconnect with our wisdom. Ultimately Reiki is a path of discovery - an exploration of the cosmic energy we are all made of.
Our signature treatment weaves Reiki with the sublime harmonies of alchemy crystal singing bowls, creating an atmosphere that quiets the mind into the soul’s profound realm of peace. The sound waves carry the properties of the various crystals straight into the body, working in a space that is untouched by the mind’s limitations. Reiki is then shared to deepen healing and fully harmonise your entire being.

Private Sound Baths
Crystal Sonic Therapy is powerfully transformational, blending crystal frequencies with intention while enabling the intelligence of the body to return to its natural state of harmony. The sound waves impress upon our energy, stirring a resonance from deep within while the healing properties of the crystal, gemstones, precious metals, and sacred earths move into our vibrating cells. These sessions enable a very sweet peace to come over the mind, purifying the auric field, releasing stress and limiting beliefs, and easing us into harmony while the effect reverberates out through life experience.

Remote Reiki
Remote Reiki sessions have been scientifically proven to work as effectively as close-contact Reiki! All you will need to do at the time of our session is relax as comfortably as you can while intending to receive in the comfort of your own home.
You can choose to have a session with a video consult or one that is free of any technology. Please feel free to email with any questions ahead of booking.
Our tech-free session is our most popular one. You can simply relax, attune to your deeper self, and receive the healing energy transmission at the time of your session. This is wonderful if you are struggling with sleep disturbances or stress. You will receive a text at the beginning and then again at the end of your treatment to minimise screen time. An email is sent upon booking with further instruction to help you get the most of your session, along with a link to our playlist.
Online sessions are the better choice if you would like to connect and have a dialogue before your treatment. We will start with a video call and then I’ll guide you to relax with a short meditation before sharing Reiki with you. This is perfect for those who want to connect, have a little conversation, and are looking for clarity or support.

Reiki Mentoring
For Reiki Practitioners and Teachers who are looking for guidance, re-attunement, or support with any part of running your practice. Brighitta can also offer 1-1 Reiki refreshers with a personal attunement.
