Wildish Healing

Visit us for Reiki & Sound Therapy in our magical hut, planted at Spithurst Hub in the sussex countryside.

welcome to wildish healing

We welcome the wild women amongst us. The ones on the verge. She who wants to deepen, to be known, to live as her true sacred Self.

We welcome those hungry for their spirit, craving their connection to Mama Nature and their wildish nature.

We are here for those asking for a sign or a spark or some space to get back in touch with the north star within.

We howl to the ones rekindling trust in themselves, to those who need a reminder of their own potent magic and to the ones looking for their inner compass.

Our doors (and arms) are open to the tender hearts in need of comfort, understanding, and a little respite.

If you’re in need of some time to reconnect with your inner sacred, this is your invitation to come as you are.

Welcome.

Visit us for...

  • Reiki & Sound Therapy

Healing means to become whole again.

Visit us for a pure Reiki session, for a bespoke Sound Healing treatment, or experience our signature session which weaves both modalities to encourage deep healing and profound inner peace.

Reiki is the sacred energy of life, accessed through a meditative practice while lightly laying the hands on the body. It’s the mysterious, intelligent, harmonising energy of the Universe which naturally flows through all living beings. A treatment restores our energy so it can flow freely, allowing us to let go and come home to ourselves. In this space of inner stillness, we can hear our heart’s whispers and reconnect with our innate wisdom. Ultimately Reiki is a path of discovery - an exploration of the cosmic energy we are all made of.

  • Reiki Training

We offer private Reiki Training (and mentoring) for all levels from our elemental healing space for a more bespoke, therapeutic course where the Reiki teachings can meet you exactly where you are in this moment. All private courses include a one-to-one healing session as well as attunement, practice, and Reiki theory.

This is suited well to those that feel shy in group settings (we also offer training in groups of 8-10 students), or for when you just need a more personal approach on your healing journey. You can choose to book the training day for yourself, or for you and a friend to share. Happy to send suggested places to stay close by to co-create a transformational healing retreat.

Read more about what each level of training consists of here.

  • Private Sound Bath

Brighitta uses a harmonic set of crystal alchemy signing bowls. Blending sublime frequencies with intention enables the nervous system to return to its natural state of harmony.

The sound waves impress upon our energy, stirring a resonance from deep within while the healing properties of the crystal, gemstones, precious metals, and sacred earths move through our vibrating cells. These sessions enable a very sweet peace to come over the mind, purifying the energy field, releasing stress and limiting beliefs, and easing us into harmony while the effect reverberates out through life experience.

This magical session can be enjoyed as a solo journey or for couples to reharmonise, reconnect, and relax in sound bathing bliss together.

  • Mary Oliver, The Summer Day

I’m a Reiki teacher and author of The Reiki Way, mostly supporting women through big life transitions with the mindfulness practices of Reiki & Sound Healing. My clients are often learning to trust themselves, to listen to their body’s innate wisdom and to be guided by the whispers of their intuition. I’m here to help you embody your wildish soul while compassionately embracing everything that it is to be human. I’m very much in process too! I’m sure I always will be. I’ve learned that we never get to the end of our healing journey, it just deepens and deepens until we find those crystals that sparkle so deep underground that they make a light glow from within.

I’ve been a Reiki Practitioner for more than twenty years and teaching this dynamic healing system for the past eight. It is a true privilege to support the most precious journey we make, that inward journey home.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A rather magical series of events led me to create this space of Wildish Healing. I imagine a magical series of events will lead you here and beyond as well. This little healing hut on wheels was crafted to bring joy and lightness, a space to find nourishment and comfort as you travel along the wild journey of healing. It’s a carriage to hold you as you move from one state of being to another.

I love to connect so do pop me an email if you have any questions or just fancy a little chat about things before booking.

“When women reassert their relationship with the wildish nature, they are gifted with a permanent and internal watcher, a knower, a visionary, an oracle, an inspiratrice, an intuitive, a maker, a creator, an inventor, and a listener who guide, suggest, and urge vibrant life in the inner and outer worlds. When women are close to this nature, the fact of that relationship glows through them. This wild teacher, wild mother, wild mentor supports their inner and outer lives, no matter what… In general, when we understand the wildish nature as a being in its own right, one which animates and informs a woman’s deepest life, then we can begin to develop in ways we never thought possible.”

— Clarissa Pinkola Estés
Women Who Run with the Wolves: Myths and Stories of the Wild Woman Archetype

*When using the word wild in this sense, it’s not to denote one who is out of control. The wild within us is the untamed, unconditioned, natural soulful self. Our wildish nature is our instinctive nature, our intuitive nature, our True natural Self guiding us to live in harmony with our true natural way. To be wild is to be free. It’s a permission slip to be as we naturally are - present and available to our one wild and precious life. The wildish nature is an innate part of us. She resides in the space deep within, the place where our knowing resides and where healing happens. She’s often the part we might smush down in our youth as we seek approval, but crave the guidance of later in life. It’s the north star, beckoning us. The one who says ‘this way, this way.’ It’s where our personal values and bone-knowing truth come from. It’s the home of true belonging. It’s what makes our heart beat. It is this vital aspect that calls to us when we are lost. In Estés’s words, ‘she’s the one we leave home to look for and the one we come home to’. That’s the part I want to help you reconnect to - your soul, your essence - your glorious, untamed wise and wild self. For me, she is not a different thing to Reiki. She’s the wild feminine. The pure, unencumbered essence of who you are. Wise, wild, free. She holds the healing, the answers, and the inspiration we’re looking for.

"I came to Brighitta seeking support for my inward healing journey, a heavy time to say the least. What I found was so much more than support, I found a place of deep respite for my body and soul, a place where my heart was held with gentleness, compassion and sincerity, a place that created space within for powerfully liberating and true shifts to take place. Brighitta is the embodiment of light that is anchored. I always felt grounded, safe and truly seen in her presence.

Thank you for uplifting my spirit with our inspiring conversations, laughter, wisdom and the purity with which you work - the crystal bowl sounds plus Reiki is an extraordinary and potent combination. I now feel an expanded sense of being that I didn’t know I could get to and am in a profound state of gratitude for the journey that has just taken place.”
