This guided meditation is based on the Buddhist practice of Loving-Kindness (Metta Bhavana). You’'ll be guided to offer yourself love and then focus it outwards to share that love with others. When your heart aches for the suffering of others, this meditation can help you to share healing energy with others while feeling deeply connected to the sacred energy of life itself.
