Running time: 11 minutes
This meditation was inspired by the Zen Buddhist practice. It offers a deep sense of peace through contemplating our interconnection to everything in the Universe. You may wish to repeat the meditation a few times, using your own internal voice to recite the Gathas. It can be used on its own or as a warm-up to a longer mindfulness, Reiki, or meditation session.
Wonderful for when your mind is busy and you want to bring it home to the body + present moment, or for when you want a short meditation to help you feel grounded and connected.
